Here’s how we keep your messages and documents safe and secure: A special HTTPS connection encrypts your data as it travels from your browser to our server. Transactions take a village and not every villager should see every document. We carefully assign permissions to each user based on their role, so they can only view, download, or edit the files they're supposed to. We store your documents in a super secure location on our server. No one can access it without permission.

Yes! We encourage agents to use this with there clients. Just create an account and invite them to sign up. There’s no fee!

There is no monthly fee to use our timeline or have a public profile. We only charge a fee when you find a new client through HomeEase. The industry norm is a 25-30% referral fee. Via HomeEase, you’ll agree to a 20% referral and $500 credit/discount before connecting with the buyer/seller your’re connecting with.

Once your brokerage has a master account, that account can invite agents and deal processors to join the company. Each timeline (deal) can have an agent and multiple processors with permissions to edit the timeline.
