This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the manner in which HomeEase LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Company"), which owns and operates HomeEase.pro ("Website"), collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the Website and Platform ("You", "Your", or "User").

  1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing and using the Website or Platform, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.

  2. Information Collected.

    1. Personal Identification Information: The Website and Company collect, process, and use certain personally identifiable information about You for the legitimate interest of implementing, administering, and managing the Website and Platform, including without limitation Your name, home address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth ("Personal Data"). The Website collects Personal Data in various ways, including when User visits the Website, fills out forms, interacts with Platform features, and in connection with other activities, services, or resources made available on the Website.
    2. Non-Personal Identification Information: The Website and Company may collect non-personal identification information about User when User interacts with the Website or Platform, including without limitation the User's browser type, domain type, IP address, device type, and other technical information about User's means of connection to the Website ("Non-Personal Data").
    3. Transaction Information: The Website and Company collect, process, and use certain information regarding a User's real estate transaction, including without limitation property details, transaction milestones and deadlines, task assignments, documents uploaded or delivered through the Platform, team member communications, in-app chat history, document audit trail data, and other content submitted by User or generated by the Platform in connection with a transaction ("Transaction Data").
  3. How Collected Information Is Used.

    1. Personal Data: The Website and Company collect and use Personal Data as follows:

      1. To facilitate the function and purpose of the Website and Platform, including providing transaction management tools, milestone-driven timelines, document delivery and tracking, team communication, broker management, and AI-assisted guidance to agents, brokers, lenders, buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
      2. To provide User with and manage the services requested, communicate with User to maintain good customer relations or to suggest new services that may be of interest to User, personalize the content the Company and Website deliver, manage, improve, and troubleshoot the Platform and services, or for any purpose otherwise permitted or required by law.
      3. To respond to User customer service requests and support needs more efficiently, and to understand how Users, in the aggregate, use the services and resources provided on the Website and Platform.
      4. To send periodic emails to User to respond to inquiries, questions, and other requests.
    2. Non-Personal Data: The Website and Company collect and use Non-Personal Data for analytical and statistical purposes, to monitor and analyze trends, administer the Website, track User movements around the Website, and gather demographic information about the Website's user base as a whole.
    3. Transaction Data: The Website and Company collect and use Transaction Data to perform the services described in this Policy and the Service Agreement, including facilitating transaction workflows, generating AI-assisted guidance through Homie, and providing document delivery and tracking functionality.
  4. How We Protect Your Information. The Website and Company have adopted data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data, Non-Personal Data, and Transaction Data stored on the Website and Platform. These measures include industry-standard encryption, secure hosting infrastructure, and role-based access controls that limit data visibility to authorized users only. The Company takes the security safeguards it deems reasonable to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure of Personal Data and Transaction Data. Nothing in this section shall be construed as a warranty by the Company. In the event of a data breach that affects Your Personal Data, the Company will notify affected Users in accordance with applicable law.

  5. Sharing Your Personal Information. The Company does not sell Personal Data, Non-Personal Data, or Transaction Data to any third party for any purpose. User consents to the Company sharing Personal Data and Transaction Data with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, vendors, and other professionals solely to facilitate and provide the services described in this Policy and the Service Agreement. Personal Data and Transaction Data may also be shared for purposes permitted by law without User consent, such as to help initiate, render, bill, and collect for services. The Company uses third-party service providers to operate the Website and Platform, including providers of cloud hosting, email delivery, AI processing, and customer relationship management services ("Subprocessors"). Each Subprocessor is engaged under terms that require appropriate data protection measures. A current list of Subprocessor categories is available upon request. Personal Data and Transaction Data may be transferred to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material part of the Company's business, in which case Users will be notified in advance of any such transfer.

  6. AI Processing. The Website and Platform utilize an AI-powered assistant named Homie, which is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. In order to provide Homie's functionality, certain Personal Data, Transaction Data, and in-app communications may be transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for processing. The Company utilizes Anthropic's API service, which operates under more limited data handling terms than Anthropic's consumer-facing products - API data is not used by Anthropic to train its models by default, is retained by Anthropic for a shorter period than data processed through Anthropic's consumer products, and is subject to Anthropic's API-specific privacy and data processing terms. Anthropic's handling of transmitted data is otherwise governed by Anthropic's privacy policy and terms of service. The Company transmits only the data reasonably necessary to provide Homie's responses in the context of a User's active transaction or session. The Company does not use Homie or any AI-powered feature to make automated decisions with legal or significant financial consequences without human review. User acknowledges and consents to the transmission of applicable data to Anthropic in connection with their use of Homie and other AI-powered features of the Platform.

  7. Data Retention. The Company retains Personal Data and Transaction Data for a period of five (5) years from the date of collection or the date of last transaction activity, whichever is later. Following the closing of a real estate transaction, Users may access their Transaction Data for a period of six (6) months without a premium subscription. Extended access to Transaction Data beyond six (6) months following closing is available to premium subscribers. Users may request deletion of their Personal Data by contacting the Company directly, subject to the Company's right to retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  8. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use. As a condition of use of the Website and Platform, User warrants to the Company that User will not use the Website or Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices, or applicable law. User may not use the Website or Platform in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website or Platform.

  9. Children's Privacy. The Website and Platform are not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, it will take prompt steps to delete such information. If You believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to the Website, please contact the Company immediately.

  10. Changes to This Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy unilaterally, without the prior consent of User. Modifications will be posted on the Website and Platform from time to time.

  11. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and User hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

  12. Entire Agreement. This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and User and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
